Calls and text messages

1. Program description

We send text messages and make calls to people who have asked Rock Solid Home Services for a free painting estimate, through our website, our online booking calendar, our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, or by contacting us, and who have agreed to be contacted. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything from us. Messages include:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellations
• Follow-up messages about your painting project
• Customer support messages

2. Automated and AI-assisted calls

An automated AI assistant may call you to help schedule your estimate. The assistant identifies itself as an AI at the beginning of the call, and will confirm plainly that it is an AI if you ask at any point. It will never claim to be a human being. Brian attends your estimate in person.

You can decline at any point during the call, or ask not to be called again, and we will honor that.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the process. Follow-up messages stop if you book an estimate, reply, or opt out. Appointment messages are sent as needed.

4. How to cancel

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no more messages unless you sign up again. To stop automated calls, tell the assistant during the call or call us.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or call (727) 251-9185, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm Eastern.

6. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and messages you send us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

8. Age

You must be at least 18 to take part.

9. Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable Florida law, and CTIA messaging guidelines. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Estimates and prices

The estimate is free and you are under no obligation. Brian gives you a written price. A price is a proposal, not a binding agreement. Painting work begins only once you have agreed to the written price, and that written agreement covers the work itself. Nothing on this website is an agreement to do any work.

Appointment times are not confirmed until we confirm them. We paint homes in Hudson and the Tampa Bay area, and we may decline jobs outside that area or outside the painting work we do.

The content on this website belongs to Rock Solid Home Services. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, change, republish or sell any part of this site without our written permission.

Apart from the photo of Brian, the photos on this website are stock images used for illustration. They are not photos of our work. The colour tool on this website is a rough guide only, and real paint colours look different on your home.

No promises about the website

Information on this website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Links to other websites, such as our booking calendar provider, are not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rock Solid Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Florida law, and does not affect your rights under any written agreement with us for painting work.

Your responsibility

You agree to compensate Rock Solid Home Services for claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be handled in the state and federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
